I had the privilege of interning in the Human Resources department at GRMC and was given responsibility to create pre-employment test for each department in the medical center. Organization, planning, patience, and attention to detail was crucial in my role as benefits intern for GRMC. Adhering to hospital confidentiality policy and procedures was also part of my every day duties while filing information regarding pensions, benefits, insurance, and other miscellaneous matters for all employee personnel.
